In the summer of 1927, Fox Movietone News arranged an interview
with Sir Arthur Conan Doyle at his home in Windlesham, Sussex,
England. The video below is what resulted in its entirety, covering
Doyle's feelings of entrapment by the popularity of Sherlock Holmes,
the various responses by mail from those who believed Holmes
was a living being, as well as Doyle's devotion to Spiritualism and
his firsthand experiences that convinced him of existing visitors
from the afterlife.
